  • Have Min 2 yrs corporate sales experience (EdTech or B2C is not considered).
  • Want to earn A LOT through unlimited incentives instead of being stuck-up on fixed payout
  • Can handle high-pressure targets and thrive under challenging situations.
  • Are punctcual; must be in office before 9:20 AM for daily morning meetings.
  • Can do minimum 30 physical meetings per month and 30 calls per day consistently.
  • Understand that targets are proportional to salary; higher salaries mean higher targets, and underperformance may lead to salary/target adjustments.
  • Value stability and are prepared for a minimum tenure of 4-5 years to grow with the company.
  • Are willing to commit to a one-year bond due to the company's investment in your training and development.
